      See my metabolism and genetics are shot to ************. My father is this 400 lb dude, and he was always cookin those greasy foods while i was growing up. SO now, i've been trying to kick my metabolism's ass, and eat well, as well as excersize rigourously.

            A good way to speed up the metabolism is to eat smaller meals more often;)

              I know that. But a way to lose weight is to lower calorie intake and increase physical activity. As well as Eating at the right times. No later than 630pm for me. I'm workin on it man, I gotta get every edge when racing my car. Remember, lightest car with most power. That's the main idea right there.
