That Regal has a lot more than me. To run high 11's he's gotta have (ontop of what I have)

Full exhaust, intercooler, heads/cam, MUCH MUCH smaller pulley and slicks. I'm running a 3.5'' pulley, that car probably has a 2.8 pulley (about 1psi more boost per .1 drop). Stock is 3.8''.

It'd take a solid $2500 in mods to run that quick, I've spent less than $500.
