So I was talking to my boy a few weeks back and he told me that there was actually a guy who owned some land in Windsor. He setup a strip, nothing special, but enough for people to run. Actually had the cops out there for it, I think they let it run for a whole weekend before they shut it all down. Come to find out its a State issue. They don't want that type of business in the State anywheres. They'd rather impound cars, spend cops overtime, and chase racers than cooperate with a track. Hence the reason for the unanswered 11k plus signatures for that ongoing petition.

Now if your into autox, Lime Rock is the place for you. That IS in Connecticut.

if you guys want to get on the autocross subject there is a seasonal place in stratford ct that races.kinda like a time trial.its 35 bucks for the day the do check for exhaust. ill get more info and post it up and its legal and on sundays
