haha it was a lil bit of both i was pretty confuzed on why half the fast cars werent runnin it but most of them did it was a good time we were there for 4 hrs no cops only had 1 bug out sit. when ppl saw the heli n got all scared but really thats the life of illegal street racing isnt it lol idk i got mad videos it was fun lolComment
