better find someone you trust. once that car goes missing you'll know where to look. Shady ass people man.

yea i was thinking the same thing to get it installed at a farther away location lol. if you look on bestbuy.com they have some what seems like decent prices which they say includes installation and the alarm of course. but yea unless anyone else here has any places to recommend. i keep having nightmares of my car being stolen lmfao

Its not that hard to do them. Ive done them myself on many cars. Ranging from my 92 Integra to my 08 Mdx. If you have done a radio before its not much more harder. Hardest part is tucking everything away and making it neat.

Would you know if there is a DIY thread on here or any where else?

There are a few if you look around. But finding one car specific is difficult. When you buy an alarm it tells you what wire is and does what. Then you look up the wiring schematic for the car and hook it up.

Just make sure to use a good volt meter. That way you can test the wires on the car before you hook them up. You dont want to hook up to the wrong wire.
