F/S - subs and amps

Got 2 12" kicker crv's subs in a nice ported kicker box. $165



2 old school memphis 16-st1000d amps. One works the other one works for about 5 min warms up then goes to protection mode. I was told it can be fixed and itll cost around $40. Looking for $125 for the working one and $40 for the broken one.
