Hey guys just wanted to let you know after they charge me insane money for a winshield a month ago and come with hidden fees after first quote he wanted more money after i really think they dont honor there word


initial payment was 500 to hold it up

second payment was supposed to be 575 and after i ask him if it was dammage or broke i was gonna have insurance on it and steve wich was the guy i spoke said the way there insurance work was by weight and the insurance was 10 cents per pound so imagine after paying 1,075.00 i was gonna get like 50 bucks back if it was dammage after getting it so he said to cover the hole think was gonna be like a 100 bucks more so i did this was on the 6/13/14

so total at that point was already 1,175 for a windshield and he said i was gonna be getting it by the 7/18/14

after wating a month it still havent been shipped and i called them today and now he claims that the freight company wanted to charge him an extra 1000 dollars for insurance

and im like whattttttt an extra 1000 bucks that was gonna be 2,175 for a fucking windshield and they way he sounded was like he didnt want to shipped because if it was dammaged he was gonna loose out

im super upstet and dont recomend buying with this liars..........

Okay, Ive dealt with Steve at HMO. Ive never really spoken about my horrible experience.

He is a total idiot, unethical, lies through his teeth, will never admit fault even when you have his contradictions in black and white right in front of him, and he will do anything to price gouge his customers.

Your story is typical.

With that said, the product from HMO is usually the best in the business.

On the other hand, its probably literally impossible to ship a windshield 3000 miles across tge country without it breaking.

Just get any money you gave him back, and move on.

testify man is crazy they had that windshield for 650 but didnt have any in stock he told me to call him after june 6 wich i did and sudently when i call the price from 650 sky rocket to 800 and all the other bullshit i wrote in the beggining

so basicly i lend him 1,175 dollars for a month for him to spend on a strip club

Nothing new here. It took em for ever to ship my clip. And it wasn't the shipping company. Because when the shipping company got it they let me know and gave tracking and phone calls to confirm someone would be home to receive it. The. After receiving the clip I called to see if I could buy the pholder and ashtray because they took it off my center console and he said he'd have it all that Friday and he'd call me and he took my name and number. I never received a call. I understand people get busy and forget but if that's the case why tell me your gonna call me. Why not tell me to all back in a week. A lot of people love em and have good luck. I personally do not.
