To be honest he did nothing wrong when he said he won't ship to the other address. If any of you guys know how pay pal work of the other guy wanted to he could say he never got it at this address and ask for his money back. Now what followed after wasn't right nor the time it took to ship I say just give him $ back and call it a day. As far as going to his job have fun getting a case that's just stupid seeing as the police station right down the street

I don't blame him for not wanting to ship to the non verified address. But if your not gonna then send him his money back. Obviously the money wasn't sent back and that's why he put a claim in. And now it's as simple as talking to PayPal and just say it was a misunderstanding on shipping and you want to give him his money back. No need to give the guy a run around. I understand from both parties. I have 2 addresses. One verified. One not. But I don't blame the guy for wanting his money back at all.

Again for the thick skilled people, the money is not in his account, or my account, PayPal is holding it until their investigation is over. If he doesnr respondin two weeks, PayPal automatically finds him at fault and releases the money..... It really not that hard to grasp.

Yes, PayPal has held the money from his account. He can still refund the funds PayPal has held to avoid me waiting for 2 weeks and tying my money up.

He can respond saying he shipped them or simply refund and end the claim. If he doesnr respondin two weeks, PayPal automatically finds him at fault and releases the money..... Just give up. Obviously he's not mature enough to handle this on a business level. Your gonna have to wait the 2 weeks it sucks. But unfortunately now a days people can not conduct business like men. And like to play too many games. I hope everything works out for you. And good luck.
