I hate to be the guy to bash somebody on a sale but honestly this was the worst experience I've had with anyone on CTVTEC.

I asked him for a VIN to run a Carfax, he told me he'd send one to me after he was out of work. Two days later, no VIN. I text him today to see what's up, he tells me he wont send me a vin because there's nothing wrong with the car and I should take his word for it. If I was really interested I should just trust him and come over with cash. FUCK THAT! Not my first time buying a used Honda.
I just don't see how hard it is to send a VIN for confirmation. Underlying issues with the vehicle? Who knows?

Agreed. 2800 isn't just pocket change. Your spending the money, something as simple as texting u a vin shouldn't be a problem. I would stay away too

Yeah I just thought I'd let people know about this. I even told him that I was going to bash him on the bad sellers thread. His reply was "As bad seller why, i havnt sold u anything so you can do da." They should really start screening people joining the forum.

Honestly , I wouldnt give a vin to someone who hasn't actually came and look at the car or showed me cash.... Too many flakers and too many thieves... If he says its bone stock I would just go look at it.. its when they're swapped that u gotta check the vins out.. I wouldn't consider him a HORRIBLE SELLER ..
