shits not even that bad all it is, is someone before him over tightened the cam cap in that one spot prolly cause it was leaking a lil oil
you making it seem like it got a spun bearing and dropped a valve and messed up the head and piston
you got the motor for $350 why you complaining, people try and sell junk vtec heads for more than that on here

Somebody over tightened the cam caps. Actually not that bad I've seem people run wurst. Btw those are not stock springs and retainers so $350 your still making off even if it dose need some repairs
