shame on you bro. You put a shop on blast by first not reading the receipt then putting on used shit in your car. I am A LARGE business owner and there are no refunds to any of my customers and its stated in my policy and guess who my customers are. ALL YOUR LOCAL CAR AND HOME STORES. They asked you specific questions you gave them specific answers.
In my opinion you burned a bridge that could have helped you down the road and ps by the time u drive to NY and get your part and back you just made your 300$ part cost 50$ more because of gas.
