That's the most retarded thing I have ever heard. He listed it as one thing but it ended up being another. Greddy isn't looking for extra money for the tow are anything crazy, and he contacted him first to try and resolve the issue.

Regardless if Ryan knew it had boost, he sold it saying it did, making this clearly Ryan's fault

i understand but if you dont know what your buying dont buy it. i never go and buy a part without a common knowledge. obviously there was miss communication but i would have brought the part to a professional before having my car towed to a tuner for a tune.
