I ordered some LCA's from them recently and they sent me the wrong ones and it was a bitch to get them to send me the right ones. Plus I'm out of pocket for shipping them back since they don't want to reimburse me.

they probably just got a few new people. you should just give it a few more days. it should be there. one to two weeks. any more than 14 business day. get your money back. i used to work for shipping. i know how this works.

what suspension did you order ?? something like progress technology for instance would take alot longer since there made to order not just pulled off a shelf.

Jhpusa got good stuff but there customer service is the worst.. ANd I got icked by weaksauce recently dicked me too.. These spots are giving themselves bad names one by one..

I will never deal with weaksauce or jhpusa ever again..

anyone had problems with them? I orderd my new suspension from them on 9/4/2011 then had to go thru a bunch of bullshit about signing to verfiy my card and then now the order was process on 9/7/2011 and i still have yet to recive any info on shipping or a tracking number im kinda pissed off i will ever order from them again.

I agree dat there shipping and customer service can suck at times...took them almost 3 weeks to ship me a fuel rail and intake manifold a few years back smh
