just out of a personal experience I thought my built LS block was knocking just sold it for dirt buyer was aware, turns out the brand new oil pump seized just an idea to check out...... i guess either way I'm sure the thread wasn't intended to put anyones name in dirt she's sharing her experience., we have had ppl on here who have bad seller threads, that are stand up ppl who do amazing work and go the extra mile for one and other, i hope this gets resolved because you both seem like good ppl....

Yesss thank u... I just sold a gsr swap a couple days ago n if it blew the next day after he put it in n I told him he was beat id expect to see my name under here wit the bad sellers n id def expect him to be pissed at me so idk what the problem is... I told the truth n now I gotta take the loss like a big girl n I'm def capable of bein the bigger person, not the first time I had to step up n do it

Lol cuz when I drove it there was no smoke whatsoever n I figured if it smoked it was the rings so I didn't care if id have to replace em... if I wanted to get someone wit a car wit a blown motor i'd do what he did to me n put lucas in this motor n sell the car but wit his blown motor but instead I am buyin a whole nother swap tomorrorw so whatever keep ur $100 its straight I don't need it

lol lucas oil???? Those addictives dont even work, You came to my job to test drive where i drive 25miles a day to just get to work, so i think i wouldnt be driving a car with a knock back in forth to work and a dailying the car, if the motor was blown i wouldnt have anyone testdrive the car and the buyer would be coming to my job or parents house thats how confident the motor was good

Exactly that's why it sux for me... I never hit vtec in it, I didn't even drive it til I got the exhaust attached n I was babying it all the way to the shop tryna avoid cops cuz it was so loud

In the 24hrs between the time the motor was put in to the time I got my exhaust fixed, I didn't even drive it... idkkk what I could have done to blow it up either, I'm not a noob I've had plenty of swaps in my day n I always allow a break in period before I hit vtec or beat on it just to make sure... this swap was no different

N if u think I put it in as soon as I got it n drove around beatin the shit outta it... there are plenty of ppl who seen me drivin around having to pull over to fix intercooler pipes a week ago meaning I was still drivin wit my gsr swap turbo setup.... def wasn't lookin fwd to puttin a sohc in when I still got a gsr turbo setup to enjoy
