I have watched this post from the beginning and to be honest it sounds like the valve lash is too tight. Before the engine is removed from the car do a valve adjustment and recheck the compression.

Relax with all the toughguy talk because I was str8 up with you, and told you I had never run the block yet, and It did come from a solid running car. God only knows what it went through when it got into your hands, and more importantly you said it yourself, your always taking a chance when you buy things like this unless you get a guarantee, and thats exactly what I told you that I dont guarantee anything.
