LSDB1 shipped the item I paid for.....

Well a couple of weeks ago I saw LSDB1 was selling a set of front and rear lips for a 92-93 integra for $40. Asked if he would ship and he said yes so we agreed on $50 shipped. I figured since he was well known that I would take a chance on him but what a mistake that was. A few days went by and nothing sent him a PM and gave me a story of how his family member passed. I gave him more time sent him another Pm and said he was shipping them the next day. Once again nothing now I sent him 2 messages and he doesnt respond anymore. So im tired of sending pms and put a claim thru Paypal. I was happy I used Paypal cuz I knew that that way I could get my money back at least. Any was heres the Pms that went on:

yea when you log in youll see where it says I sent you my payment. There should be a Link right on thhere that says DETAILS. Just click on it and it should direct you to another page telling you the details of the transaction then near the bottom it should have my shipping address. If not then here it is anyways:

Well i just spoke to him he is accepting full responsibility i just told him this wasnt a good deal to begin with shipping is like 20 bucks plus the cost of packing materials. and he told me your in bpt all he had to do was bring them to me i was down there the other day with manny in bpt. he feels bad about all of this and i told him to make good on this. he just had a death in the fam so things are a lil crazy for him at the moment. but in noway is he tryin to get you for 50 bucks. so let's see if this could get rectified before the end of the week. the jey here is communication and this could all have been avoided he's my boy and he has to make good on this deal which i know he will do..

Hey like I said im not all that pissed about it. Also if him not making anything from the deal then he shouldve let me know I wouldve sent a lil bit more money. If I recieve the item I would be more than glad to close the claim with Paypal and have this removed. Until then ill keep this posted and keep my Paypal claim opened. Also I understand he might have had a death in the fam and I wasnt really pushing the subject. So well see what happens in the next couple of days. I was told by Paypal that if this wasnt resolved by the 30th then they would make the desicion and give the money to the rightfull owner.

Either way your gettin your money or your parts dont worry i would like you to get your parts because thats what it started as and if he doesnt make money on it then it something he chose to let happen you did not push him into sellin it to you at that price.

I wasn't trying to get rich off of the deal and I didn't have any idea of how much shipping would cost which is why I gave you the price i did and didn't go back and up the price but there isn't an excuse on my part, it was bad business like Danny said and will be handled in a private matter, anyone who knows me knows this isn't me but vouches doesn't reverse the experience you had with me which is why I'm not angry at this thread being started. You have had a great deal of patience and this will be dealt with, thanks
