Why was my thread closed?

So i attempted to update my thread, and see that it has been closed. I'll have to post my updates here.

Waited to hear from Herm regarding the situation as he said in his response in my thread that I would get a call from him. 2 days after I was supposed to get a call, still nothing. No PM, text, call, NOTHING. At this point now, I am no longer interested in meeting or speaking with him and will accept the loss.
