ls head torque specs

i lost my book and i've searched on ti and google and i can't find the torque specs 4 the cam caps ... and i found the head bolts are 2 steps 22 first the 61 correct?

i read that but it didn't have the cam caps 4 a teg and i was wonderin cuz it says the head bolts r diff torque from 91-93 to 94 + so wut should i use if i but a b1 head on a a1 ? or jus go in the middle ... but thanks 4 lookin out man

the torque specs for the cam caps are 7 ft. lbs according to the integra service manual

that sounds reasonable 7 ft lbs
