I haven't started the car in a few months and i went in to put a new battery and the lights came on and had the chin from the key being turned. I went to turn the key and heard a little pop and all power went out. I have 12 volts at the under hood fuse box and all fuse are perfect and 12 volts to the starter. When i test the under dash fuse box all the fuses are good but the power is going like 6 volts 12 volts 6 volts 12 volts. The car gives me nothing lights don't turn on or anything. I have no idea whats going on help please
