Thanks in advance... So my car burns oil, I notice that it will smoke After it's been sitting a long while (overnight, etc) and also at high rpm... Would you assume valve seals or rings? Thanks again

Well if the rings are fired I'm gonna pull the motor, if it's the seals I'll replace and fix. Why you say both bro?

Try replacing the valve seals first they're cheap and a fairly easy fix before you go tearing an engine apart
