B series swap in hatch

Im planning to drop a b18b in my 92 civic hatch. I know the mounts are interchangeable, I know I need b series axles, and a integra t bracket. For the wiring harness can I use my d15b8 one since both motors are non vtec? Also is there anything else I need to change I have read that I need to get a 4 wire 02 sensor??? anything else YA can think of? Feedback greatly appreciated, thanks in advance
