Blockguard vs double block guard or none

Like title says I'm Trynna build a simple boost ready ls
New rings bearings arp rod bolts head studd head gasket

Now tbought decision should I run the bloxk guard a lot of mixed reviews I realy want to hear inputs and if you haven't used please don't reply here I want FACTS....

I also seen double block guard how's that with the Cooling.?

Btw if you have a sleeved block I'm willing to buy for cheap if not im going to continue with this route.😥

300 hp goal maybe a lil more not much more

Seen so many threads on this. I dont have any personal experience but the majority says they're garbage, restricts coolant flow causing hot spots in the upper cylinder. LS blocks are strong, you will be fine at 300hp with good internals and tune

I've seen mixed reviews two but I have a personal friend runnin gone now now problem b20 block spinning past 9500 turbo block guard only thing holding him down
