Broken bolt in thermostat housing!! Help!!!

Wats up guys so I was tighten my thermostat housing after changing, I tighten one too tight, now there's half the bolt stuck in the thermostat housing on the engine side...
Is there an easy way to remove this? Beside an extractor which I tried?
Can that side of thermostat housing be replaced easily?
Any suggestions help please thanks

you can replace the housing/waterneck if need be

Thanks, it's a 95 gsr. do u know if all b series are the same? I doubt they have one for my motor at the junk yard

Any advice on how to get it out? I cNt fit a socket in there and thr open end has no space to turn
