help me please b20 vtec

i just swap a b20 vtec in my 1997 civic dx and i got its to turn over and its getting gas i can smell it and i get spark
now it sounds likes it wants to start then it just dies down i pull the spark plugs and there is alot of gas on the clean them then i tryed this about 10 times and i dont no what to do if anyone knows of anything that can help me please let me no i want to get this car started

double check firing order.

way to find out is get one of your friends that dont know shit about cars to stick a screw driver in one of the spark plug wires or directly to the dizzy and crank the car over..... lol if he dont start yelling and cusing you out you need a dizzy lmao

lol that will work but i no im get spark because when i take a spark plug and plug it in i trun it over and i see it sparking

check your timing and the spark plug wires for the proper order. Is the dizzy good< you said that you have spark but is it a good spark? or a weak one?

all you guys are saying check timing and all this other stuff, did you do 2 wires IACV convertion, and bypass the crank? its all in the wiring.
