Hey everyone, i have a 96 civic coupe with an obd2 usdm gsr engine and tranny. Ive been burning a lot of oil and a compression check showed 1 cylinder at 115 psi, another at 170 and two at 200. i was going to rebuild it but getting a b16a is cheaper and it comes with more new parts such as altertnator, starter and oil pump so thats what im doing. My question is: Will a usdm b18 computer run a jdm b16? If not should i get an ob1 computer or an obd2 with a wiring harness?

Believe me i would LOVE to keep the gsr, but i dont have the time, space, or money to rebuild it the way it deserves.
