Half shaft problems please help

okay I have a B20B with Ls hydro transmission. im using 94+ ls axles and have a 94+ half shaft I bought. I went to put the halfshaft in, and it goes in no problem, but when I try to bolt it to the block the bracket wont sit flush against the block. Does anyone have any experience and knows what to do?
Trying to get this thing running on the road ASAP before I go to college next week lol. Help will be appreciated!

Is that why the bottom of the bracket hits the block and the top is out like a 1/2 inch?

Yupp pretty sure that is it....I got a half shaft I think u contacted me before but I didn't wanna part it but if u want it text me 8605185941 ill part it from the axels
