motor sounding wierd B18C

I got a integra and I had been meaning to take the rest of the power steering off and I decided to do that today (bored) after I did that I plugged both the hoses I had cut so they didn't leak and after I did that the motor is idling funny.
Then trying to check the CEL I had my cousin (car newbie) put the paper clip in the wrong two wire socket and it sparked and now my check engine lights only comes on with key on not running once it running the CEL don't come on but still running weird please help CTV

So couldn't just let my car sit there and all it was just I pulled the harness that was connected to the hoses and the map sensor was a lil undone fml something stupid but all good now
