Obd2 to obd1 emission ??

I have and obd1 gsr swap that i want to put into my ek hatch thats obd2 will i still pass emissions even tho my car wont be obd2 anymore?

You need to switch the injectors, alternator, and distributor to obd2. You will also need to run an obd2(a for 96-98 and b for 99-00) P72 GSR ecu. You can't come through emissions with an obd1 ecu in an obd2 car it will fail. I do emissions, that's how I know this.

Also make sure you do NOT have any check engine lights for anything. If you need anymore help PM me.

There's a couple different ways to tap one into your engine.

But the easiest way to take care of it is to do a CKF bypass. Quick and easy and all you need is a couple wire splices. Look it up on google.

I also have a obd2 alternator plug so u can cut ur harness and solder it and use ur obd2 alternator on obd1harness

Just bought the jumper harness for my dizzy and alternator...can i use my obd2 injectors off my obd2 single cam vtec?
