went on a long drive now car wont "spark"

i went to ny from ct. and came back let the car sit parked for 3 hours and came back and it wasent starting im getting fuel and all.

but no spark from the distributor. i have two good distributurs and none lgive spark to plugs..

batterys not dead..

is the rotor in the dist. any good or is it burnt out ?

i cheacked the fuses, and one rotor is fresh that i just installed ..and the other havent checked

Check the ignition coil inside the dizzy make sure the contact point aren't rusty.
Is your rpm gauge needle bouncing ? Same thing happened to me and it was coil and what really sucks is no one sell just that.you will most likely need to buy a dizzy

speaking of rpm guage.. yea.. when i would drive it before like above 4k it would bounce.. den i shift..normal normal normal 4k bounce again
