wats good ctvtec. im having issues wit my lsvtec and wanted to see if any1 can give me advice.... so my car was running fine then started breaking up on me and puttering.. i changed spark plugs and dizzy on it but now it has no power and falls on its face.. any advice will be greatly appreciated

ima have to see if i can get a compression tester... and it doesn't really sound like it has a bent valve tho i could be wrong

'd Head gasket or bent valves..

ima have to chek the head gasket.. kuz i see a leak but every1 is telling me its from my vtec solinoid
