99 civic lx jdm b16 shuts off!!!!!

I have a 99 civic lx with a jdm b16 ecu p2t second ecu and was in a running civic to confirm it worked, civic stalls after running for 10-20 seconds then it wont start up for atleast 10-15mins and same thing will happen again, I've done water pump, head gasket, thermo, radiator, ecu, distributor and just today switched my ignition switch and still shuts off, I smell fuel while cranking but its like not getting any spark, I seriously have no clue as to what else I can do or look at, someone knows any info on this that can help?

Check the crank sensor

But doesn't the crank sensor gets bypassed when using a p2t (obd2) ecu on a obd1 motor??
