B18 question

I got a b18a1 block 01 b20z hea d obd2 intake man dizzy and alt trying to put it in a ek hatch what elts do I need to make this thing run right p28ecu? Do I need to do anything with the ecu to run the b20 head? Am I screwing myself trying to run a b18 intake on the b20z head? Come on ctvtec I know someone knows help me out here

b20 head and ls head is pretty much the same thing

oh and for ecu I would use an obd2a ls ecu for 96/98 ek and obd2b for 99/00 depending on wht wiring harnesses ur using cuz for emissions purposes.cuz the p28 step down ecu wont read.emissions and u will fail that

This setup actually does the contrary to what hybrid/franky setups normally seek which is higher compression, it will work but imo this kind of setup would work best when boosted, u mentioned its a b18a1 so its a obd1? If so you'll need to do the ckf trick to turn cel off and a p75 off the same year as your ek should do the job, or an obd2 to obd1 stepdown harness and a obd1 p75, u wouldnt need a p28 as your setup isnt vtec thats about it let us know of your progress or any other ?s u would have

I want to pass emissions Im planing on using the ek harness thats yes I want to swap everything to obd2 I have a p75 ecu so if I can use that I will thanks for the help guys
