  • help me out

    i just totalled my 97 accord so i was wondering what shells my f22 would fit in i was looking at a 92 and a 93 eg civic hatchs and a 95 eg coupe or a 98 ek coupe which would be the best move for me to make or will it not even bolt up?

        No. You just have to get swap mounts and cut a whole in the firewall for cable linkage.

          okay well i found a nice 97 shell its got a 94 ex motor in it with rod knock first would it be the same fab as the 98? and also would if not would i be able to pull my rods and shit out of my f22 and fix the ex motor theyre both single cams?

            No f22 and d16 are way different. If you want to put your f22 motor in a 92-95 civic or del sol you need f/h series swap mounts. You have to cut a hole in the firewall to run the shifter cables through because h/f series transmissions are cable operated while d/b series are linkage operated. The only way to avoid cutting the hole is by doing f2b which is not cheap but well worth it. Good luck.
