99 B18C1 Starting issues... HELP Would BE GREAT!!

I just swapped a 1999 GSR motor and tranny and ECU with the 99-00 SI engine harness into the car...

The car is a 1996 civic CX I also just replaced the fuel filter and and all..
But the car is not getting any spark what so every so it will not fire over.. I changed the rotor inside the dizzy and still giving me no spark.

Any help would be appreciated greatly so I can get this thing on the road! ASAP

Obd2b harness in a ob2a car? What year ecu and engine?

Id say coil in the dizzy as far as i know everything 99 and up is obd2b so the harness and computer shouldnt be the issue. i have a coil that i dont need if u wanna try that u can have it lmk.

Its a 99 GSR engine and The ECU is from the same car a 99 GSR both b series..

Yeah Im going to test the Coil and Igniter, Have a feeling its one of those two..
Cause there was no oil or anything in the cap so i know the distributor isn't completely shot. I just put a new cap and rotor onto it.. But thanks a lot

U could just have it its in a dizzy that the sensors are no good in so i wont be using it anyway. Im in waterbury 203-721-1136
