  • 99 civic jdm b16 wont start cold help!!!

I have a b16 in a 99 civic, when i first did the swap everything was mint, then after a year i started having over heating issues,so i did new radiator, hoses thermostat, water pump and finally a new head gasket, after the re-install when i go to start in the am if its chilly out it'll start then shut off then its hard to start, just cranks and cranks i smell fuel also,so i know i get fuel, later in the day when it gets warm it'll start and stay on,what can be the cause of this, someone spread me some info please, thanks in advance....also i replaced the ect sensor, tps sensor and iat sensors...

When it doesnt start,i havent gotten the chance to check spark, due to the fact that i'm alone at that moment.

Id check it i had a dizzy that would act up every time it was cold out i just ended up getting a new dizzy so i never found out if it was the igniter a coil or one of the sensors but when i replaced it the problem went away. Your particular problem sounds like something a lil diff but id still check to be sure.
