It can be your rings or valve seals. Do a compression test and leak down test. 180 psi is perfect compression in a stock engine if I'm correct. That will tell you if your rings are sealed properly. Also you have a VTEC engine which mean your car in some cases will go through oil a little faster mainly if you are in VTEC a lot. Either one of this fixes will require you to take the engine apart in some way. Valve seals are a lot cheaper and a faster turn around than having to replace the rings if your doing this yourself.

yea i heard about the seals too and i know its normal for the engine to burn a lil oil but yea i should get that done to see exactly whats the problem... but is burning to much oil when i hit vtec so thats why i think is the rings smh dam i miss how my car used to run thanks for your help and i wish i had the knowledge to do the job myself i would had fix it already

most likely seals cause they usually tend to smoke more in higher rpms if it was rings itd smoke all the time not just when in vtec

Save up and rebuild it, all engines are gonna eventually need a tear down and rebuild at some point. I had the same issue on my 2000 gsr and sold it, regretted it ever since.
