warms up normal then when its warm goes from 1k to 3k rpms back and forth when in nuetral. i was told it was the aic but changed it and same sh*t. what else can it be this is mad annoying

you have a brand new two step installed in the car lol lol lol na its a vaccum leak somewhere in the motor bay.

i had the same problem try switching the two plugs that look the same like the iac or you have a vaccum leak

ya its either the iac motor but if your not throwing a code for that than most likely a vaccum leak some were in the manifold check your gaskets and throttle body seal

take a whole bottle of carb cleaner till u find the vacuum leak haha.. or tryin unplugging the iac and if the surging idle stops that ur problem.. also make sure ur ecu is 5spd not auto,,
