I have a 96 integra ls. I recently bought a b20 from jdmenginedepot and dropped it in. Well I got a nice insurance check I am thinking of going type r. I did my research on the differences between the 98 spec and the 96 spec. My question is, would a 96 spec be easier to drop in as opposed to a 98 spec? Idk the years of OBD-II a/b. Would I need anything extra to drop in a 98+spec swap? I would rather have the 98+ spec. I will be getting a swap from jdmenginedepot. I will also be selling my b20 swap real soon. Pm me if interested on that I haven't even put 1000 miles on it because I lost my liscence due to a medical reason. Ls tranny with 123,xxx on it. Swap is in car running. Will be putting up a f/s ad soon.
