questions with back pressure

thanks for looking in advanced. Okay so i have a b20v swap done to my eg, and i recently took the cat off to make it a straightpipe, well my problem then was it was way to boggy, assuming back pressure? Well so i put the cat back on the car, and now it still is bogging a little bit???? so confused, i highly doubt its the spark plugs or wires cause full tune up done 2 weeks ago.. any help with be appricated

check spark, compression test it, and also spray test your injectors..

how is the intake? short ram? cold air? filtered? ect

also another main thing is timing. check out both tdc and ignition....
