Ls swap emmision questions

I have a1999 honda civic cx with a 1998 ls swap non vtec will I pass emmission with it being converted from obd2 to obd 1

No cuzz ur car is obd2 n for obd2 cel light matterd n the ecu will not read if itd obd1

For ur car to pass u qill need obd 2 in take manny n ecu . This include injectors n mannifold sensores
