Valve Cover project

So i saw that Killer Glass put windows in a K-Series valve cover i decided to do my own.



I cut out 2 rectangles, and im goign to cut out a piece of Pyrex witch is similar to what killer Glass uses.



After i cut it out i realized its some one pointless cuz there are those bridges that cover up the cams, but ************ it i cut it allready so i mite aswell do it now.

First i had to Drill out the Baffles.









There was like sand in the Baffles very nasty.

I had a freind help me cut out the rectangles i tried but he has a more steady hand than i do.

The inside of the valve cover gave me a alittle trouble cause it had this thick part.




Here it is cut.


And this is what it looks like on the Head.

that's sum cool shit deff. interested in the final outcome unless i'm jus not seein the glass
post a video if u can see ne thin cool w/ it runnin how do u plan on sealing the glass so oil don't blow through?

Yeah its not done yet. but i will deffintly post pics when its done.

good idea..it would be nice if it didnt have the two bridges..cuz you would notice the cams..
