95 acura under revs out

I got a 95 acura integra ls...... feels sluggish and won't rev past 5900.. I'm not sure why it runs like a turd .....if anyone has any input....please let me know

U might have a bad tps sensor

P75 ecu....unplugged tps .....ran the same.....switched out to another p75::: ran the same
