ls timing belt issue

So I got my 98 ls swap runnin but my belt walks off the cam gears wats the cause of this. N thrs no slack in belt I saw sumthin bout da bolt on da tensioner bends or sumthin need ur opinion n idk I u guess saw my question bout my tranny but here it goes I'm in nuetral wen I let off clutch wit car on it acts as if it wants to drive in nuetral I have these two issues I need to solve I need my car back lemme no here or if u no my fb
