car could have jumped timing. have you ever changed timing belt in the car? can be time for a new one

im going to check all of those.

checked all the fuse under the driver side they were all good. when under the hood and check the fuse box and the fuse for the ecu was poped. i changed it out and tryed to start it and pop. where is the main relay and the ground under the dash
