GSR Transmission pops 5th

my transmission recently started popping fifth gear out on its own out of no where
i heard it was cuz of a bad syncro then i heard it was bad or low gear fluid in the transmission or could be a bent shift linkage

does any one know what it could be? im tired of being on the highway in 4th gear -__-

U most likly ran it low. 5th and reverse are the first things to have problems

yeah its a pain in the ass to get it in reverse at times too, shuld i just drain it and refill it with honda mtf?

Ya from my past experiences if it's low it does that..

add oil mine did that when it was low on oil i changed the whole slidder thinking my tranny was bad lol if u wanna sell the tranny ill cop it

not tryna sell it atleast not now just wanna fix my 5th gear cuz i drive on the highway alot but mite sell it later for a b16 tranny if my motor has high compression
