Not to be a dick but you do not seem to have the motivation to figure out the issue. If everyone keeps giving you options and you keep shooting them down then why make a thread? Just put the stock clutch in and see if it fixes the issue, yea it's work but let's be honest it's a two hour job at most
    Honda sucks. Over priced junk.

Its been apart at my shop and another. Its external. Comp clutchs are know for having this problem to were you actually step thru reverse and just go right past it. If it works when its off then its 100% not intenal.

yeah at this point its your best solution comp clutchis great the twin discs work perfect have had no issues when installing them and have done plenty. but its just wierd its only in reverse thats what messes me all up you would think a engagement forward gear would be the first problem idk bro g/l

what does it do when you put it in reverse? does it grind and you can't get in? does it not allow you in at all (no grind?) or does it allow you in and just don't go anywhere when you let off the clutch?

i'd say it's hydraulic parts to blame, but you say it goes into all other gears fine with the car running. you're not a dummy, im sure you've already bled the clutch a bunch of times to get all the air out.

can it potentially be the pilot shaft bearing? maybe damage during install? niceguy probably would have noticed that when he had it apart though

strange...anyway, good luck figuring it out man

mounts are fine, we didnt change the linkage because it goes into reverse when the car is off... so we figured if it does that it should work when its on

when you try to put it in reverse it wont let you at all, its like something is blocking it, it doesnt grind, however when the car is off it takes reverse fine and you can move the car in reverse if you start it in reverse, ive bleed the clutch already, and still same issue

yeah the clutch is great, i have a spare tranny laying around, so we are going to end up swaping the new tranny in and see if it fixes the problem, if it doesnt im going to shoot for the clutch after.....
