i have 2 ls motors 1 is a b18a1 and 1 is a b1 the b1 has a spun bearing i was wondering if i could take all the internals out of the a1 and put them in the b1 and if so wat would be a good thing 2 change like rings etc thx

Why don't you just use the A1? Everything is the same internally, but if you choose to switch, change the rings/bearings, water pump, timing belt and headgasket.

main bearings will need to be resized to the new block. just look up the crank/ block numbers and see what size bearings you will need. same deal if you are mixing the rods/ from the other motor as well . hone cyl/ re ring as nessicerry and obviously new gaskets and t/belt, w/p are always a good idea

if your swapping everything, the rod bearings as long as they are in good cond will be ok to reuse, just dont mix them up, you will just have to check for the new sizes on the crank bearings
