bank 2 o2 sensor help please

i have a 97 civic dx with a obd1 ls ... and trying to make it legit for emissions .. the only code i have is the bank 2 02 sensor ... i bought one for a 98 ex and welded a o2 fitting to my exhaust right after the cat

this is how i wired up
white .....12v
white....a5
black...d14
gray.....d13

and the code was still present .. i watched the o2 on my scan tool and it reads 1.275 all the time dose not switch (like a normal o2) when i disconnect the o2 it still reads 1.275 but when i hold the d13 in one hand and d14 in the other the reading drops to 0.000


any idea or knowledge would help..bump if viewed

U know the o2 sensor is good?sounds like its bad..

I had a problem with my si 2000 obd2 with bank 1
Sensor 2 (if u use a bosch o2 sensor for some reason it wouldnt take away the code and then i got a denso o2 sensor and everything was fine after that...ive heard that since denso is oem to honda the computer reads its signal "no ive read"...) both sensors i tried out were brand new)
