obx 75mm throttle body question

i have a 96 integra se what would i have to do to make a 75 mm obx fit on my intake manifold

If it's made for b series it'll bolt right up, but what should be done is a bigger intake manifold that can accommodate for that extra air that's gonna come in, there's no point in trying to port match a stock manifold with that big of a tb when the plenum itself can't hold enough air.. Point blank if u want a better result change manifold lol
