Idle Issue

i think the p28 is looking for a 3 wire iacv unlike the 2 wire he said he had above ... idk if the jumper harness changes it though..

I checked the wireing harness and the obd2b to obd1 conversion harness and everything checks out. Printed out the pinouts and double checked the wireing. Came out fine. I'll snag my friends p28 s300 and see if that does anything.
